Our retreat can accommodate up to 24 guests at a time, depending on the type of retreat and accommodations selected. Please contact us for more information.

All of our meals are vegan. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance we unfortunately can not cater for nut allergies.

Yes there is plenty of free parking at the retreat.

Please wear comfortable gym gear, bring a hoodie, trainers and an umbrella in case its wet on the day. 

Yes refreshments will be provided on tap throughout the day, a choice of herbal teas, fruit water and fresh drinking water. There will also be detox juices and healthy snacks before and after lunch. 

Yes, our retreats are suitable for everyone, classes can be modified to suit different fitness levels. 

We require payment in full upon booking to secure your place, deposits are fully refundable up to 14 days prior to the event date after 14 days this reduces to 50% and after 7 days the deposit is non-refundable.
