Alyssa and Alice bring you a fusion of fitness and beauty that promises a perfect blend of invigorating pilates, luxurious skincare education, treatments, delicious, nourishing cuisine designed to rejuvenate your body and restorative Yoga Nidra sessions, sending you into a deep state of relaxation and mindfulness.

Rejuvenate Retreat
This October - Nourish, revitalise, and balance your body, mind, and soul at our luxurious wellness day retreat, nestled in the picturesque Hertfordshire countryside in Essendon. Our retreat has a different offering to your average retreat with a strong focus on rejuvenation.
You will be welcomed by your hosts with a goodie bag and detox juice to kick start the day.
Dive deep into an invigorating Pilates session, designed to sculpt and strengthen your body.
Nourish your body with a wholesome, nutritionally balanced meal prepared by our 5* holistic chef with a focus on radiance.
There will be educational workshops on how to improve skin health and gut health through nutrition. Plus a facial massage workshop teaching you techniques to sculpt and lift the facial muscles during your skincare routine.
Our day will close with a meditative yoga Nidra class designed to promote complete relaxation.

Two busy mums, each originally thriving in the legal and creative industries, decided to overcome their respective pressures by embarking on new careers in the fitness and beauty sector. Through conversations over their neighbouring fence, they found a shared vision and decided to blend their unique skills. The result is Rejuvenate Retreat, a sanctuary designed to refresh and inspire.
Alyssa is a Certified Pilates instructor with 9 years of experience. Known for her dynamic teaching style and personalised approach, Alyssa has helped countless individuals achieve their fitness goals. At the Rejuvenate Retreat, Alyssa will guide you through tailored Pilates routines designed to strengthen, improve flexibilty and invigorate.
Alice, founder of The Glow Skin Clinic brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in skincare. With a passion for helping clients achieve their best skin, Alice specialises in customised facial treatments that target individual skin concerns. During the retreat, you will experience education and workshops focusing on the latest in skincare technology and facial massage techniques.
Mary trained as a Health Coach and a Natural Chef at The College of Naturopathic Medicine. A huge advocate for the power of healing through the therapeutics of food, Mary is passionate about equipping people with the support and skills to live their best lives in optimal health. Mary develops easy, quick and delicious recipes that can transform healing from the inside out. Mary has been exploring detoxing, gut health and fermented foods for many years, and her knowledge and recipes have helped many people with health concerns, as well as her own. Her recipes all support detoxing and gut health as she believes it is key to all healing, decreases disease and increases longevity and vitality. She will show you how to make easy, sustainable changes to your diet that won’t restrict or inhibit you, but leave you motivated to look after your health with the energy to pour into life.
